This is the customer setup and connection service. Your personal installer arrives through a private invitation—not a public download on this page.

  1. Open your private invitation

    Download the ZIP from the link your Trifecta contact sent. The link expires; ask for a new one if it no longer works. Do not forward your customer-specific kit.

  2. Extract the entire ZIP

    In Windows, choose Extract all. Keep the files together and open TrifectaSetup.exe from the extracted folder.

  3. Follow the setup window

    The window shows each installation step and the first administrator sign-in handoff. Keep this computer online during setup.
